Action Item: Teachers

WHAT IS IT ?

Question MarkWhat Are the Developmental Needs of School-Age Children? is a site providing a summary of the developmental needs for three school-age stages (e.g. transition years, middle years, and pre/early adolescence). It also describes the implications for programs working with children in these ages. The information leads to the conclusion that it is important for programs to be aware of two dimensions in their planning and services: age appropriateness and individual appropriateness.
