By clicking on the "How Do I Say No" section, students will find steps to follow if they are offered drugs or alcohol. Students can print off this page and personalize it with their own information. By clicking on the "How Can I Help Someone?" section, students will find additional resources about how to help a friend or family member with a drug or alcohol problem. Counselors can use this page as a tool for educating students about how to respond when drugs or alcohol are offered or when they are worried about a friend or relative using drugs or alcohol.
