Concerned Citizens

Concerned citizens include community leaders and school neighbors. Safety issues often extend beyond school ground and into the greater community, and school need to rely on their neighbors to report problems and volunteer to supervise school events. Concerned citizens should pay attention to the environment around schools, and notify law enforcement officers or a school administrator if potential problems arise. Working in collaboration this way will widen the net of school safety measures and ensure not only safer schools but also a safer community.
